FIFTH SIX WEEKS PROJECT PAP

For this fifth week period you are being assigned a science occupation. You will be responsible for finding out job, duties, education requirements ect. Below is a list of things you need to find out about the job:

          Why is this occupation important to humans?

You will need to compile your information into a three to five minute oral report. No shorter than three minutes, no longer than five minutes.

You will also need to have a visual. I want you to create a poster board to display in class. You need to create a poster board that grabs attention. You must act as if you are a recruit for the profession. What are the great things about the job display them on the poster board, make the job seem appealing. The poster board must convey what the job is all about and what you need to do to get it. The poster board must be bright and colorful with pictures. Include pictures of the equipment this profession uses. 

As PAP students you have an extra task. I would like you to find a job listing for this occupation. Find out what the requirements are and print the job listing out for me. You may find it on the internet or in the local paper. I would then like you to write a resume for the job as if you were applying and you had all the needed requirements. You will need to list your job history, education and extra curricular activities. Beware when you list your education make sure you list colleges that really do offer such a program. I will be checking.
